Greenbelt agreements should be strengthened

I agree with the statement that Janice Parvin made that even though current Simi Valley officials may make certain promises, no one knows what future councils may do.

A handshake agreement is not enough, as Mr. Foy seems to believe. I, for one, do not want to rely on a handshake agreement when it comes to the future of our area for our kids and grandkids.
