Applicants wanted for Cultural Arts Commission

The city of Simi Valley is seeking applications for a public member position on the Simi Valley Arts Commission for a two-year term from July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2009.

The commission, which is responsible for overseeing the operation and programming of the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, meets quarterly on the third Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at the Simi Valley City Hall.

Applicants must be 18 years old or older and live in Simi Valley.

Deadline for applications is 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 15.
