Town hall meeting will address longterm plans for the Arroyo Simi
Park district wants input from the community

The city of Simi Valley and Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District will conduct a town hall meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26 at City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road. The public is invited.

The meeting will present the longterm plans and ideas for further enhancing and revitalizing the Arroyo Simi corridor. Those present will be encouraged to review plans and graphic displays and to participate in an openforum discussion.

Jeff Ferber, principal of RRM Design Group, was hired by the city to prepare the "Visioning" Study.

He will lead the presentation on the changing use of the Arroyo Simi and will present ideas on how the Arroyo could change to meet and satisfy future use activities.
