Walk for a cause this weekend

The Ventura County chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is holding its annual MS walk/run tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Rancho Tapo Community Park.

Participants may choose to walk or run a 5K or 10K course. Registration is free but donations are very welcomed.

The event raises funds for MS research and client programs in the tri-counties.

For the second year, Mira Khany of Contours Express in Simi Valley will be leading runners in a warmup at 9:30 a.m. prior to the start of the run/walk.
