Dems hosting 'candidates for president' in mock debate
Advocates will fill in for actual office-seekers

The Simi Valley/Moorpark Democratic Club will sponsor a presidential candidate forum at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 18 at the Simi Valley Library community room, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.

The panel will consist of advocates for U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.), U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.), Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico, former vice presidential candidate John Edwards and others.

A straw poll vote and questionand-answer period will follow.
