Field set for presidential debate

Nine Republican presidential candidates will participate in a debate Thursday, May 3 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Those slated to attend include Sam Brownback, Jim Gilmore, Rudy Giuliani, Mike Huckabee, Duncan Hunter, John McCain, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney and Tommy Thompson.

This debate will be the first of two GOP presidential candidate debates that will take place at the Reagan Library during the campaign. The second debate is scheduled for Jan. 30, 2008, before the California primary.
