Pastors, youth ministers asked to share solutions

The Simi Valley Second Missionary Baptist Church is inviting all pastors and youth ministers in Simi Valley and neighboring communities to an "Education 2007" information night at the church from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 19.

Church members will be sharing ways congregations can get involved in empowering families to make fouryear colleges a reality for their children.

Former school board member Carla Kurachi and former mayor and school board member Greg Stratton are set to attend.

Second Missionary Baptist is located at 1063 Pacific Ave. in Simi Valley.
