      The Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley honored award winners and installed a new board of directors at the annual Recognition Luncheon on Feb. 8 at the Grand Vista Hotel in Simi Valley. The 2006 Youths of the Year, Jasmine Powell and Quentin Wetherholt, both gave speeches.
