B&G Club to host Texas hold'em fundraiser

The Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley will host a Texas hold'em poker tournament on Saturday, March 3 at the clubhouse, 2850 Lemon Drive, Simi Valley.

Registration begins at 4 p.m., and the tournament starts at 5 p.m. sharp. A Texas hold'em instruction session will be taught from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The top 18 winners will receive prizes, and first prize is a 42-inch plasma TV.

The tax-deductible donation is $150 per player. Observers pay a $50 registration fee. Dinner, two drinks and raffle entry are included in the fees.

All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Simi Valley.
