Not in favor of city's peddling ordinance
      I am extremely dismayed by the Simi Valley City Council's effort to inhibit independent street vendors. I believe that the free enterprise system and the community benefit from this segment of entrepreneur. Among the benefits are freshness and quality of product and convenience.
