UCLA Extension presents the Writers Studio

The UCLA Extension will present the Writers Studio, four days of writing workshops held Feb. 8 through 11 at UCLA Extension's 1010 Westwood Center in Los Angeles.

The Writers Studio joins aspiring creative writers and screenwriters with experienced instructors. Participants choose one of 10 workshops in which they will work closely with a professional writer in a class limited to no more than 20 students.

The fee is $725, which includes registration, parking, an introductory breakfast and a Sunday reception.

Each workshop is the equivalent of a 10-week, three-unit course, which participants have the option of taking for a grade.
