ON TARGET- Senior Dep. Dan Hallinan, a Simi Valley resident, is a member of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department SWAT Team based out of the Thousand Oaks office. Hallinan is firing his .40-caliber Sig Sauer in a recent monthly qualification exercise at the department's Law Enforcement Training Facility near Camarillo airport.
