Local Scouts to serve up a spaghetti dinner fundraiser
Knights of Columbus to host next Friday's event

Boy Scout Troop 605 will serve a spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 1255 Patricia Ave., Simi Valley.

The menu will include spaghetti with meatballs, salad, bread, dessert and punch, with sodas available for an additional charge.

Door prizes from local businesses will be awarded during the event.

Donations from additional sponsors will be accepted.

Suggested taxdeductible donations are $5 for children ages 5 to 12, $7 for seniors age 55 and up, $9 for adults and a $25 family rate for five or more.

Tickets will be available at the door or by calling Sue Hartlove at (805) 522-4177.

The proceeds will be deposited into the general fund for Troop 605, which supports the programs, camp-outs, training, advancement awards and equipment needed for troop activities.
