Women in Worship conference to be held next month in Simi

Musician/speaker Jennifer Rothschild will be the main speaker at a Women In Worship conference, 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 10 at Cornerstone Community Church, 3090 Winifred St., Simi Valley.

Conference cost is $25.

According to event organizers, Rothschild "weaves music, colorful illustrations and biblical truth to help audiences find contentment, walk with endurance and celebrate the ordinary.

Through her signature wit and poignant storytelling, audiences are prompted to look beyond their circumstances and to experience God's grace in the midst of adversity."

Rothschild is the author of "Lessons I Learned in the Dark," "Fingerprints of God," "Lessons I Learned in the Light" and two video-enhanced Bible studies.
