Art association to select scholarship award winners one week from today

The Simi Valley Art Association will present its annual Art Scholarship Awards Friday, Jan. 19.

Judging will begin at 7:30 pm and awards made about 9 p.m.

The awards are for graduating high school seniors in Simi Valley who plan a career in art.

The applicants will have their sample works and a statement in writing of their goals to present to the judges.
