The Dream Fund Outreach will present its inaugural Joy Awards from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, 40 Presidential Drive, Simi Valley.

Teachers and schools in Ventura and Los Angeles counties will be honored for their work in guiding children and developing curriculum.
