7-11 struck by armed robber

The 7Eleven store at Los Angeles and Sequoia avenues was robbed at about 12:26 a.m. Tuesday, May 1.
A male suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun, and ordered the clerk to open the cash drawer and place the money tray on the counter. When the clerk complied, the suspect took the tray and fled the store.
The monetary loss was less than $100. The clerk was not injured.
Simi Valley Police Department officers searched the area but did not locate the suspect.
