Fall to pieces with CAC's 'Patsy Cline'

2007-01-12 / On The Town

"Always . . . Patsy Cline" will run until Feb. 11 at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center. Friday and Saturday shows are 8 p.m.; Sunday matinees are 2 p.m.

This show is filled with comedy and the songs that made Cline a country music legend. Two women, one a rising star and the other a devoted fan, meet by chance at a Houston honky-tonk in 1961. The show tells the true story of the special friendship that developed between Cline and a Texas housewife.

This musical tribute features more than 26 of Cline's classic hits such as "I Fall to Pieces," "Walkin' After Midnight" and "Crazy," all backed by a live band.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $16 for seniors and students, and $14 for children 12 and under.

For tickets, call the box office at (805) 583-7900 or visit www.simi-arts.org.
