Variety of trips for the 50-plus

The Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District and the Council on Aging are offering a variety of trips next year for those over 50 years old. For information on any trip, call (805) 583-6059.

“A Broadway Valentine” is a luncheon with wine and a musical review at the Via Verde Country Club, La Canada. The show has love songs and comedic numbers from such Broadway shows as “Phantom of the Opera,” “Oklahoma!,” “My Fair Lady,” “Fiddler on the Roof” and more. The trip is from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15. The cost is $90 with payment due Jan. 7.

A three day, two-night trip to Rosarito Beach, Baja California, will be Tuesday to Thursday, March 13 to 15. The price of $329 (double occupancy) includes deluxe motorcoach, two nights at Rosarito Beach Hotel and Spa, Ensenada for shopping and La Bufadora, admission to Foxploration featuring the Titanic, two hotel coupons for choice of dinner, Welcome Margarita coupon and luggage handling. The final payment deadline is Jan. 27.

The Branson Tour will be six days and five nights, May 17 through 22, for $1,499 (double occupancy). The price includes

round trip airfare to Springfield, Mo., round trip transfers from Springfield Airport to Branson, deluxe motorcoach, five nights at the Lawrence Welk Resort, local guide, eight shows, sightseeing, five dinners and five breakfasts. The final payment deadline is April 2.

The Yosemite Tour is two nights and three days, June 18 to 20, for $359 (double occupancy). The cost includes deluxe motorcoach, two nights at the Chukechansi Gold Resort Casino—Luxury Hotel, $20 food coupon, $20 slot play, Yosemite tour and more. May 4 is the final payment deadline.
