Gym offering Boot Camps for the holidays

Extreme Boot Camp Simi Valley will offer a Holiday Mini Boot Camp at the Simi Valley Public Library on Thursday through Saturday, Dec. 28 to 30 and Wednesday through Friday, Jan. 3 to 5.

Two sessions will be available from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 to 7:30 a.m.

Participants should bring a good mat, weights, water bottle and a flashlight, and dress in layers.The cost is $30 in cash or check only.
