Thomas J. Hartfield of Hartfield Financial and Insurance Services has agreed to chair the volunteer committee for the 2007 Simi Valley Street Fair.

The annual street fair will be held May 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Cochran Street between Galena Avenue and Sequoia Avenue.

An ambassador with the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce and also a Leadership 2007 candidate, Hartfield said accepting the position was “an easy choice.”
