THE BIRTH OF CHRIST—Young church members take part in last year’s Living Nativity. The youth from the United Methodist Church, Simi Valley will stage an outdoor Living Nativity at the church, 2394 Erringer Road, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 22 and 23, and 6 to 6:45 p.m. Christmas Eve.

The public is invited to walk or drive by, and admission is free.

The scene is complete with a stable and manger. Youth in

grades 7 through 12 will portray the characters of Mary, Joseph, shepherds, wise men and an angel.
