'A DATE THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMY'- Retired Marine Sgt. Mel Mohr plays taps during a ceremony held Thursday morning at Veterans Plaza to mark the 65th anniversary of Japan's Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. Standing beside Mohr is World War II veteran Hank Calderon, who served aboard the USS Corregidor. Calderon enlisted in the U.S. Navy at 17 shortly after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, serving until the end of the war.
