A Breakfast with Santa Claus benefit for Habitat for Humanity is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 10 in the Community Room (on the second level behind the tall tower in Center Court) of the Simi Valley Town Center.

The menu will be cinnamon rolls, coffee, hot chocolate and juice. Tickets are $5 and include one complementary Polaroid photo with Santa.

Town Center also will give away coupons for its own Santa photo operation aside from this fundraiser, as well as award free photo packages through an opportunity drawing held that morning.

All proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity's effort to build a new home in Simi.

The organization needs to raise an additional $5,000 for ground breaking.

A total of $45,000 has already been raised.

Tickets will be sold at the door.
