Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 23, will affect deadlines at the five Acorn Newpapers for the issues of Nov. 23, 24 and 30 and Dec. 1.

Editorial items (including letters to the editor) for Thanksgiving issues must be received by noon Thursday, Nov. 16. Press releases and letters for the Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 issues must be received by noon Wednesday, Nov. 22.

Deadlines for real estate advertising are also moved forward. Ads for the Thanksgiving and Nov. 24 issues must be reserved by noon Thursday, Nov. 16. Real estate advertising for the Nov. 30 issue must be reserved by noon Wednesday, Nov. 22.

The display advertising deadline for the Thanksgiving issue is noon Friday, Nov. 17.

The Acorn offices will be closed Thanksgiving weekend from Thursday, Nov. 23 through Nov. 26 and will reopen on Monday, Nov. 27.
