Chamber says it will publish annual community magazine

The next edition of Images of Simi Valley, a community magazine sponsored by the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, will be published in March 2007.

Images of Simi Valley is a newsstand-quality magazine that showcases Simi Valley through its people, places and progressive business climate.

With original photography and new editorial features, the 2007 publication will feature education, the arts, sports and recreation, healthcare, commerce and quality of life.

The magazine will be used all year for the purpose of promoting the community to prospective residents, new businesses and visitors.

"Images of Simi Valley 2007 will illustrate the great quality of life we enjoy in our community and promote our economic strength and growth potential to new businesses," said Chamber President/CEO Leigh Nixon. "Best of all, this highly targeted marketing tool will capture the defined audience our members most want to reach."

More than 7,500 copies of the magazine will be distributed

through the Chamber, key local businesses, trade shows, conferences and events.

The guide is produced by Journal Communications, an awardwinning custom publisher of community and specialty magazines.
