Class teaches adults how to create a digital library
The Simi Valley Lifelong Learning Institute will present classes at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.
Suzanne Landry, a private chef, consultant, author and teacher, will talk about nutrition during "Strengthening Our Immune System," 2:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25.
Computer instructor Joni Thompson will provide information about MP3 players, building a digital library and how to organize digital music from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 26. Fee for each class is $5. To

The Simi Valley Lifelong Learning Institute is a joint project of the Ventura County Community College District and the city of Simi Valley which offers extended learning options for adults.
It provides topical curriculum, field trips, forum and other educational opportunities taught by academics, writers, artists and other professionals.
