Conejo Valley Children's Concert series begins in October
Tickets are on sale for the 2006-07 season of the Conejo Valley Children's Concert Se- ries, now in its 15th year, spon- sored by Conejo Valley Adult Education.
The series offers daytime and evening performances of children's entertainment and musical education for schools, groups and families.
The season kicks off with an old-fashioned sing-along featur- ing Bev Bos, Michael Leeman and Tom Hunter.
Internationally acclaimed artist Norman Foote follows with a new show. He'll charm the audience with his outrageous props, zany sense of humor, wit, and wordplay.
Just in time for the holidays, Jim Gamble's Marionettes will bring holiday cheer with "'Twas the Night Bearfore Christmas." Join Santa Bear Claus, Bearlerina, Jingle Bear and many other puppet characters for this delightful Christmas tale.
The New Year begins with a musical celebration of the ocean. Linda Arnold's "Splash Zone" features Caribbean and Cuban rhythms that inspire chil- dren to discover more about the oceans.
Mark Beckwith and Obediah Thomas bring an award-win- ning variety show, "Razzle- Bam-Boom!" Hap Palmer pre- sents his fun-loving musical, "Hap-penings."
Once again Jim Gamble's Marionettes will delight chil- dren with music from French Composer Camille Saint-Saens and his "Carnival of the Ani-
