The city of Simi Valley is ac- cepting applications from local low-income residents to purchase a city-owned affordable one-bed- room condominium unit in the LeParc complex.

Applications will be accepted until a qualified buyer is approved to purchase the property at the below-market cost of $168,313. The city may be able to provide down payment assistance.

The unit has 733 square feet of living space and new carpeting.
