Husband-and-wife team Mike and Pat Hanley of Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office won the award for Top Producer for May. They also were the Top Selling agents in January and March.

The Hanleys are longterm Ventura County residents, and both have MBA degrees, with expertise in accounting and economics. They are well known in the community for their impressive volunteer work, particularly at Thousand Oaks High School.
