What can be done about wild, young drivers that are terrorizing our neighborhood almost every night with loud street and offroad racing?

This is behind our homes near Presideo and Walnut streets and on the adjacent lot. The lot owner refuses to fence the property and the police appear to be unable to catch these hoodlums.

My neighbors and I have been calling the police for years and it is only getting worse. The city refuses to place speed bumps also.

We should be entitled to being able to sleep at night without these nightly interruptions.

Even after catching one of them that had wrecked his truck there, the police did not ticket him for trespassing because they felt sorry for him.

How about some regard to lawabiding homeowners? There are noise ordinances that are not being enforced. Louis Fols Simi Valley
