Humane Society fundraiser coming up
     Fred Stone, renowned horse painter, will assist the Humane Society of Ventura County at a fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23 at Theresa's Country Feed & Pet, 836 Erringer Road in Simi Valley. Stone will be on hand to sign his famous 9/11 poster, "Partners."
