MACH 4 MAMA-Despite being four and a half months pregnant, Stephanie Russell of Simi Valley is at the controls of a late 1950s T34 initial trainer at the Camarillo Air Show. Russell, who pilots an Airbus for United Airlines, will return to flying the big jets when she returns from maternity leave. Her husband is also a pilot.
