The Simi Valley Kiwanis will present the 12th annual Lobster Fest from 3 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, Sat., Aug. 26 at Rancho Tapo Community Park (also known as Lemon Park) in Simi Valley.

The event will include lobster or steak dinners, live entertainment, vendor booths and a children's play area. The menu features Maine

lobster flown in the morning of the fest, salad, potatoes, corn on the cob, garlic bread and dessert. Ribeye steaks will also be offered.

Children's hamburger or hot dog meals are $5.

All proceeds will go toward the purchase of a speciallyequipped van for use by local developmentally disabled citizens.

Kiwanis is a nonprofit organization and donations may qualify as a tax deduction.

Tickets are $30 in advanced and $35 at the gate.
