EYES ON THE ULTIMATE PRIZE-After winning its first two games of the PONY World Series by a combined score of 24-4, the Simi Valley 14-year-old All-Star team played Washington last night at Lew Hays Field in Washington, Pa. Simi Valley, the West Zone champions, entered the matchup undefeated in the double-elimination tournament, and a win over Washington, a squad they beat 5-1 on Tuesday, would put the locals in the title game against either Caguas or Tokyo. Saturday's title tilt is scheduled for 10 a.m. PST.
