I find your title for the referenced article disturbing and misleading: "Attorney general says number of hate crimes dropped in 2005: Anti-Hispanic crimes still on the rise, according to report."

Why does the title give attention to a minor increase in antiHispanic hate crimes when antiwhite (and multirace) hate crimes have skyrocketed?

"Anti-Hispanic hate crime events increased 6.5 percent from 2004 to 2005, from 138 to 147. Anti-white and anti-multiple-race hate crime events also increased 26.2 percent and 35.6 percent, respectively."

A better title would have been: "Anti-white hate crimes skyrocket in 2005, countering overall hate crime drop, says attorney general." Jonathan Spurgin San Diego
