The third J.K. Rowling book, "The Prisoner of Azkaban," will be the focus of a weeklong Harry Potter Wizardry and Literacy Camp in Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks. Hogwarts Summer School will have students ages 8 to 12 reading, journaling, creating wizard hats and wands, sampling treats from the kitchen at Hogwarts and playing games.

The Harry Potter Wizardry and Literacy Camp is offered in the following locations: half-day camp is July 31 to Aug. 4, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Rancho Simi Community Amphitheater at the corner of Erringer and Royal in Simi Valley. Registration fee is $85, and registration is through the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District at (805) 5844400. In Thousand Oaks the fullday camp is offered Aug. 7 to 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cameron Center, off Lynn Road and Greenmeadow Drive; registration fee is $150, and registration is through the Conejo Recreation and Park District at (805) 381-2793.
