Tickets are now on sale for the 12th annual Lobster Fest, scheduled from 3 to 8 p.m. Sat., Aug. 26 at Rancho Tapo Community Park. The fest is a benefit for the Simi Valley Kiwanis.

According to club members, this year's event will be the biggest ever with the addition of live entertainment, vendor booths, children's area, raffles and silent auction.

Dinners will be served with Maine lobster flown in the morning of the event or rib-eye steak, as well as with several tasty sides.

Children's hamburger or hot dog meals will be available for $5. Advance sale ticket prices are $30 each. Tickets are $35 at the gate.
