Julia Malone A bone marrow drive is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sun., July 30 at theSimi Valley Presbyterian Church,4832 Cochran St.,Simi Valley.

Donors must be between the ages of 18 to 60 and in general good health. Donors will complete a consent form and check cells will be collected from the inside of their mouth using four cotton-tipped swabs.

The cost of screening is $50 and donations will beaccepted.

This drive is to benefit local resident Julia Malone, a 36-year-old mother of four. She was diagnosed with acute leukemia and she needs a marrow transplant.
