Congregation B'nai Emet will host a Members Carnival Sun., Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the North Campus site, 3050 Kadota St. in Simi Valley. Guests can enjoy a barbecue and other food and participate in games, prizes and moonbouncing.

All the temple groups and activities will be represented, including the Sisterhood, Men's Club, Havurahs, social action, gift shop and the youth group. Guests can learn about the educational programs, such as religious school, preschool and b'nai

mitzvah classes, and the temple's future home in The Jewish Life Center.

Rabbi Michele Paskow and temple board members will be available to answer questions about the temple.

Anyone enrolling as a member of CBE will receive a 10 percent discount if paid in full on Aug. 6.
