Neta and Tom Foste

Prudential California Realty welcomes the veteran team of Tom and Neta Foster to the Thousand Oaks Regional Office. The Fosters recently moved to the Conejo Valley to continue their real estate career of more than 30 combined years. Since moving to Southern California in 1967, they lived in the La Canada Flintridge area.

The Fosters specialize in residential, commercial, investment properties, appraisals, and 1031 exchange. They are well versed in representing buyers and sellers alike, with countless successful transactions to their name. They also have significant relocation experience.

With a truly unique approach to their business, it

is the Fosters' objective to develop a lifetime relationship with each client, as their professional real estate consultants. Working as a team, they are always available. They do not use assistants, preferring to give clients their personal attention.

Fortunate to have some of their family close by, the Fosters have two grown sons. One is a financial strategist and lives with his family in Thousand Oaks. The other son and his family live in Montana, where he is a general contractor. Between them, they have provided the Fosters with five grandchildren.

Adding to their professional expertise, the Fosters hold an MBA, a CPA, and a broker's license between them. Tom is a former partner in a leading international public accounting firm. Neta also has an accounting background, and was a certified California substance abuse counselor. They have found this experience to be an asset in their real estate practice and use it to the advantage of their clients. Tom served our country in the Marine Corp. When the Fosters are not spending time with family, they enjoy Bible study, horses, dogs and travel. With a positive message to all, the Fosters' slogan is, "We help make dreams come true."
