It was brought to my attention that Congressman Elton Gallegly has decided to run for one more term in the 24th Congressional District. Representation of constituents is the most important factor for a person in public office.

Elton has done this with each and every term he has served.

I would like to extend my appreciation for his tenacity to stay in the race this year. We need leaders that do what is best for our district and the United States.

I am sure I speak for everyone who lives here, in that we all wish him well in health and this next election.

If Gallegly ever needs a hand, he can call on me and I will be on the next plane to keep his effort moving forward on Capitol Hill.
