The Simi Valley Kiwanis 27th annual Golf Tournament is one of the club's biggest fundraisers of the year and is scheduled for tee off at 1 p.m. Mon., May 8 at the members-only Wood Ranch Golf Course, 301 Wood Ranch Pkwy., Simi Valley. The tournament is open to men and women.

Player reservations are $150 and will include driving range practice, lunch, cart, water and soft drinks on the course, as well as dinner afterward.

Players should check in at 11:30 a.m., when raffle tickets will be on sale along with mulligans and putting contest chances. Lunch and the putting contest will take place before the tournament.

Proceeds from the tourney will provide for Kiwanis projects that benefit children and the community.

The club is also seeking sponsors and advertisers for the tourney.
