Kathy Fontana, Marlene Mortimer and Gaye McLean, realtors of Century 21 Adobe are hosting a First Time Home Buyers Seminar where the first time buyers can get the information they need to qualify for and buy their first home.

The seminar will cover the financial and tax advantages of buying versus renting, how to qualify with little or no down payment and individual loan programs to meet theineeds. Real estate agentsloan managers and escrow and title consultants will be on hand to help first-time buyers get into the house of their dreams.

Seminars are held every first Thursday of the month beginning Feb. 2 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 177 NReino Road in Newbury Park. Se habla espanol.
