Between 1 p.m. Jan. 14 and 4:30 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 2200 block of Sparta, someone’s wallet was stolen. The dollar loss wasn’t reported.

The total loss was $2,200 when an amplifier, a TV and other items were stolen between 11 p.m. Jan. 14 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 2200 block of N. Bigelow Avenue.

Police arrested a suspect for domestic violence at 11:40 p.m. Jan. 14 in the 2700 block of Carlmont Place.

At 8:20 p.m. Jan. 13 in the 3200 block of Dalhart, someone was arrested for battery.

At 7 p.m. Jan. 13 in the 2100 block of Cordero Avenue, a suspect was arrested for criminal threats and petty theft.

Police arrested someone for battery at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 13 in the 2100 block of Cordero Avenue.

The loss was $3,400 when a paint sprayer was stolen between 8 p.m. Jan. 12 and 5:50 a.m. Jan. 13 in the 1700 block of Ahara.

Between 10 p.m. Jan. 12 and 7 a.m. Jan. 13 in the 100 block of Cochran Street, the loss was $1,290 when cash, coins and more were stolen.

At 3:50 p.m. Jan. 12 on Sequoia at Los Angeles Avenue, police arrested someone for possession of stolen property.

A suspect was arrested for embezzlement at 7:40 p.m. Jan. 12 in the 2100 block of Ward Avenue.

Between 7:30 and 7:40 p.m. Jan. 12 in the 1100 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, someone stole two CD players and other items that totaled an $800 loss.

The loss was $39,750 when jewelry, cash and other items were stolen between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Jan. 12 in the 3400 block of Sunset Place.

Police arrested someone for petty theft at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 12 in the 2800 block of Cochran Street.

At 9:30 p.m. Jan. 11 in the 2000 block of Heywood Street, police arrested someone for spousal battery.

The loss was $4,285 when cash, tools and other items were stolen between 4:30 p.m. Jan. 10 and 7 a.m. Jan. 11 in the 1200 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

Someone stole a purse between 3 p.m. Jan. 9 and 7:45 a.m. Jan. 10 in the 5900 block of Juniper Court. The loss was $575.

Between Jan. 10 and Jan. 17, the following items were reported in the community: 11 incidents of possession of drug or drug-related devices, five incidents of public intoxication, four incidents of drug intoxication, three incidents of drunk driving and one incident of possession of a deadly weapon.
