 ICY ART—James Ottens, who spent 20 years in the Marine Corps as a chef, uses a chainsaw to create an ice sculpture of a castle at the Town Center Mall recently. Ottens starts with a block of ice weighing 300 pounds and made of deionized water, which freezes without creating bubbles. |
