Alzheimer’s Association hosts workshop on end-of-life decisions

The Alzheimer’s Association will present to caregivers, families and the public an interactive workshop on making end-of-life decisions at 1 p.m. Wed., July 13 at the Camarillo Health Care District, 3639 E. Las Posas Road, Ste. 117, Camarillo.

The cost is $6 for residents of Camarillo and Somis and $8 for residents of other cities.

Bart Bleuel, trust and elder law attorney, will guide participants through completing the Advanced Health Care Directives and answer questions to help them create a plan that is right for them.
