Blood drive set for next Friday afternoon

Simi Valley Ford is hosting a second blood drive to help United Blood Services from 1 to 5 p.m. next Fri., July 15. A mobile unit will be in the front parking lot of the dealership at 2440 First St.

The blood drive is open to dealership staff, customers and the general public. Donors can sign up to donate at Simi Valley Ford or by calling (800) 715-3699.

Prospective donors should eat healthy meals and drink plenty of water the day before and several hours prior to giving blood.
