At 8:30 p.m. June 19 on Elizondo at Whitcomb, police arrested a suspect for possession of a stolen vehicle. A suspect was arrested for attempted burglary at 6 a.m. June 19 on Madera Road at the 118 Freeway. Between noon on June 17 and 8 a.m. June 18 in the 5400 block of Sunlight Street, a thief stole someone’s property. The loss was $3,800. Someone stole jewelry, a DVD player, a stereo and other items from a home between 9:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. June 17 in the 2500 block of E. Phyllis Street. The loss was $10,920. The loss was $9,920 when tools, cash, a digital camera and other items were stolen between 8 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. June 16 in the 2600 block of Nutmeg Circle. Between 5:15 p.m. June 15 and 8:15 a.m. June 16 in the first block of W. Cochran Street, someone stole a computer. The loss was $1,734. A suspect stole $750 in power tools between 9 p.m. June 15 and 9 a.m. June 16 in the 5100 block of Los Angeles Avenue. The loss was $1,800 when miscellaneous items were stolen between 3 and 3:30 p.m. June 16 in the 2300 block of Marshall. Police arrested a suspect for attempted murder at 3 p.m. June 16 in the 900 block of Ashland. At 10 p.m. June 15 in the 3300 block of Marcy Court, police arrested someone for spousal abuse. A suspect was arrested for domestic violence at 10:40 a.m. June 15 in the 2700 block of Rock Street.
Between June 15 and June 21,
the following items were reported in
the community: 10 incidents of
possession of drugs, eight incidents
of drunk driving, three incidents of
drug intoxication and one incident of
public intoxication.
