‘WHAT GREAT LUCK!’—Kimberly Vanderlip’s son, Stan, had his bicycle stolen several months ago, so Vanderlip was surprised and grateful to win a bicycle in Saturday’s raffle at the Community Christmas Shoppe at Hillcrest Community School. Parents could buy toys, blankets or clothing for as little as a dollar. More than 50 organizations donated items to the event, which was sponsored by Area Christians Taking Initiatives on Needs (ACTION). The Vanderlips live in Simi Valley. For further information, please call (818) 575-2296.
